BurnerCare Aftercare and Support
  • Service agreement structure – with associated spare part discounts. By combining scheduled servicing and access to a vast range of spares with beneficial discounts to suit system and customer requirements, the most economic and reliable means of ensuring gas process burner installations function long into the future, is best assured.

  • Maintenance programme planning – by agreeing a regular maintenance procedure at intervals to suit both the process and each individual customer’s requirement, ongoing high levels of performance and efficiency can be best assured. By agreeing maintenance scheduling beforehand, it can be easily accommodated within production procedures.

  • Supply of consumables and parts – both Lanemark and non-Lanemark burner systems can be accommodated by our extensive access to consumables and parts. With the added benefit of proven fitting expertise, and with the potential discount arising from our service agreement structure, a significant step forward in maintaining efficient burner performance long into the future can be achieved.

  • Provision of burner operating manuals in a selection of languages – to ensure that comprehensive details in a readily accessible format are held on site. This can greatly assist customers with their own servicing and maintenance activities while all manuals, of course, still come complete with full access to the Lanemark in-house capability.

  • Rapid response – via ACS-qualified, Gas Safe and Corgi-registered engineers. A key factor in providing peace of mind for all our customers is our fast response capability which is structured to enable an engineer to arrive on site as quickly as possible. In addition, our engineers are qualified, to use mobile scissor lift and boom access equipment.

  • Fully equipped service engineer support – via our trained and qualified team. Whenever a burner operational problem or requirement occurs, you can rest assured that it is being addressed with the benefit of extensive Lanemark experience and our regular commitment to ongoing service engineer training.

  • Telephone help line – provides continuous access to Lanemark expertise and guidance, much of which can be simply provided over the ‘phone. Each call allows all users of the Lanemark’s BurnerCare service to benefit from every aspect of our equipment, design, installation and support capability.

  • 24 hour emergency call-out – for burner breakdown cover. In the event of a burner breakdown outside of our normal office hours, we have a call divert system in place on our main office telephone number which will transfer the call to the service engineer on call-out duty.

  • Engineers trained to IPAF 3aSL – Mobile Vertical Scissor Lift and IPAF 3b – Mobile Booms Access Equipment.

  • Training for maintenance staff in basic burner care – to ensure a long life and ongoing successful performance of every installation. By ensuring that customers’ own staff are able to undertake basic key maintenance procedures, with the added support of our qualified engineers for an annual service, the continued high efficiency of every BurnerCare-managed installation is optimised.

BurnerCare Installation
  • Energy conservation advice and survey – minimising energy consumption is increasingly vital in manufacturing. We are able to assist in the evaluation of current fuel consumption against projected future usage for both newbuild and conversion installations.

  • Guidance on health and safety issues – always important, it is vital that every installation meets ever more rigorous health and safety obligations. Our experience at Lanemark allows us to offer detailed advice on this key issue.

  • Provision of risk assessments and method statements – at Lanemark, we are able to provide detailed risk assessments associated with all aspects of an installation. Importantly, this includes mechanical and electrical systems in both new and relocated or modified process heating systems.

  • Heat exchanger design and supply – advice on this critical area in many installations is available with Lanemark BurnerCare. Ensuring that equipment specification and installations techniques are optimised is often central to achieving efficient process heating results.

  • Mechanical and electrical installation – often at the heart of both risk assessment and method statements, all users of new or modified plant installations can benefit from our extensive experience in the field. Close liaison with a range of suppliers also allows us to ensure that every installation benefits from the most up to date technology in this highly critical field.

  • Design and installation of electrical controls – ensuring every operation operates most efficiently is often closely linked to the design and configuration of the control system. At Lanemark, we have extensive experience in a wide range of application environments to ensure that every control system matches exact operational requirements in terms of both process results and operational efficiency.

  • Gas train upgrades and replacements where required – significantly benefiting from Lanemark experience and expertise. Our track record and wide experience enables us to design and install gas train configurations that match each application requirement whilst accommodating specific location needs.

  • Gas flow meters – supplied and installed to suit each application either as a display upon the meter or complete with an output facility for plc monitoring.

BurnerCare Commissioning and Servicing
  • Service designed to accommodate all types of gas fired burners – Lanemark BurnerCare is available to all users of process gas burner installations. We are able to provide proven and qualified support and assistance not only for our own burner installations but virtually any comparable facility throughout the manufacturing sector.

  • System commissioning and start up – designed to ensure all Lanemark installations provide maximum benefit from the beginning. Once installed, our BurnerCare service ensures the process burners continue to meet specified targets and performance objectives.
